Guests receive a complimentary goodie bag upon arrival and cozy, sleeper socks to keep feet warm in the guestrooms and suites, some of which can accommodate up to six people and have a window seat. At this pet-friendly hotel, even the dogs receive a welcome BarkBox gift upon arrival. There is free Wi-Fi and a yoga mat in each room, too. The onsite, farm fresh restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Great, Green, Gracious

1 Hotel was recommended by our interior designer daughter who knows great hotels. From the outset, the staff was gracious and welcoming. The location next to Central Park is major plus especially if you're a walking/running enthusiast. The interior environment gave a woodsy vibe with appealing scents in the big city. The rooms were very cool and comfortable with a spacious shower and scented soaps. The bar and dining area was hopping and the food/drinks were very tasty. This hotel is awesome!

Awesome location and such an attentive staff. A bit of a tricky booking...Chris and Michael B checked us in and out with ease. The restaurant was cozy and offered a great selection of starters and entrees. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.
