Hyatt Place Seattle/Downtown is a nice spot for families with children to stay. This hotel is perfect if you’re visiting the Washington Park Arboretum, Burke-Gilman Trail and Safeco Field. A few other points of interest include the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park and University of Washington. This 3-star hotel has 160 rooms, it also has a fitness center and swimming pool. Molly Moon, Top Pot -Downtown and Tulio Ristorante are all family-friendly restaurants that are reputable and are close to the hotel. The hotel offers a free continental breakfast daily in the onsite restaurant.

Short stays is ok

I couldn’t sleep one night because there was a construction digging the road surface at 22:00. However, t location is easy to access the Seattle Center. There is shuttle service to attractions. But requires reservations.

Great Location

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Loved the shuttle. Within walking distance to the Space Needle. Everywhere else we took the shuttle to the Market and the pier. I wish it had a bigger bar but otherwise I'd stay here again.
