Driving cross country we needed a place to stay for a couple of nights for a driving reprieve. I picked this hotel for an outdoor pool. It was over 100 degrees out and we wanted to have a place to come back to after exploring for the day to enjoy a pizza by the pool to cool off. No food is allowed at the tables in the pool area... why are there tables and a grill out there? And the pool was beyond gross. I have swam in cleaner ponds. Words really can not describe it. The staff was really nice and did let us finish our pizza outside but considering our only prerequisite for a hotel was a pool and picnic area this place failed epically. With so many hotel options we made a really bad choice.

I stay at this hotel every time I come home to visit. Always had a good stay. This last time I stayed here the Front Desk Clerk Brianna and the Manager (can't remember her name) were great. When I got to my room there was a bad smell in the room. I asked to be moved to another room. With no questions asked they put me in another room. They helped me move my things and made sure I was settled and happy. I want to thank Brianna and the Manager I really appreciated all they did for me.
