Situated near the Jacksonville cruise port and the Jacksonville Zoo, this hotel is also only minutes away from the downtown area. The hotel offers a free 24-hour airport shuttle too since the Jacksonville International Airport is not far away. After a day of traveling or visiting the animals at the zoo, your family may be interested in spending some time at the seasonal outdoor pool. The comfortable guestrooms and suites feature queen beds and a flat screen television, along with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and adorable window seat. Rollaway beds and connecting rooms are available upon request. Kids and adults can easily stay connected to work, school or home with the free Wi-Fi access that can be found in the guestrooms. Starting each morning with the free continental breakfast is also nice for families on the go. Coin operated laundry facilities can also be found.

Parking accessibility

Parking is an issue. We lucked into having a spot but people were parked in the grass and long every inch. The gps also doesn’t like the service road you have to take. Getting out heading to the airport you have to drive away from the airport and come back down after you turn around. Breakfast was nice as it didn’t start until 6am but were we’re leaving at 4am to catch a flight and they got us cereal and yogurt to go. Very kind. Small room but comfy enough. Shower wasn’t special but fine. Staff was great

One night stay before flying

Stayed one night at Microtel Inn. Very nice place , great price, close to airport.People very nice.Restaurants close as well as gas stations. Rooms clean an nice with refrigerator an coffee maker . Only thing i could see wrong was who ever painted the inside of the room was the worst painter or just didn't care. Other wise good place to stay before flying or needing a hotel by airport
