Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Yummy food. My father was not well and the support staff helped so much that we didn't felt for a split second that we are outside India. ...breakfast was a king sized menu, mouth watering dishes. Royal Ascot rocks!!!

Reception desk is not cooperative as it should be. Room service also very rudely behaved overall experience was not good

You must choose experienced persons who know how to treat guests and cooperation is necessary. Overall i was disappointed with services provided by you. Breakfasts menu was better and restaurant services was good .
