Pros:
Very helpful staff, beach and sea is highly extraordinary, organized, clean. The only beach that must not have been missed, restaurant OK, swimming pool fine, suitable for both couples and families, comfortable rooms, again best value for money.
Cons:
Restaurant may get improved.

I had visited the beach resort last year, but I was disappointed to see the quality service of last year had crumbled this year.
We frequented this place last year and this year as well and we definitely didn’t mind paying extra for the VIP service for both the times (which is 175 tl this year). But, unfortunately what had happened is a mystery for me regarding the care and the service the beach employees provided. Thankfully, the beach was still superb and enjoyable with the cold clear icy waters.
The only thing that didn’t disappointed me was the cleanliness of the sea, I would definitely recommend to visit the place for the beach (only) , but be warned the service is horrendous with the employees turning their back on you and ignoring your calls. And if you are going to ask for the VIP beds next to the sea, you would have to go early in the morning around 9 in the morning.

Hopefully, they would educate the employees about the servicing and care.

Regarding the restaurant, the price range in accordance with the area, it is pretty decent and the food served is a delicacy. However, wouldn’t recommend if you are planning for a cheap and budget friendly place.

There are no services to this area and the public transports aren’t as frequent and reliable. But, you could always call the cab to visit this beach which would cost about 30-35 tl (minimum) from the alacati centre depending on where you are traveling from.
