This lovely little B&B has three comfy bedrooms, one of which is ideal for a small family. The Copper River Suite has a king bed and a twin bed, plus a private bathroom. A larger family could easily book the other two rooms, which have queen beds and share a bathroom. Your hosts provide a free continental breakfast each morning, but also give you full access to the kitchen for any cooking you want to do. There’s also a sitting room for all guests, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The B&B is located a few miles south of Glennallen, but just 500 feet from the Copper River, home to what some say is the tastiest fish in Alaska, the Copper River red salmon. Glennallen is a base for guides and outfitters offering fishing, hiking, rafting and other adventures in the nearby Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. The best place to start is the Copper River Valley Visitor’s Center in Glennallen. The town is also home to the small, but fun Alaska Wildlife Museum, which has taxidermy displays of animals in realistic situations. It’s a great way for kids to learn what these animals look like before trying to spot them for real. There are half a dozen restaurants within minutes of your B&B, as well as a large grocery store and post office. With its spacious suite and beautiful location, the Alaska Copper River B&B is a great place to stay during your trip to the Glennallen area.

Couldn’t stay a a better place in the area!!

by Jason B

Quinn and Jeff are great hosts! They go out of their way to make sure everything is great, to your likings and endure that you are comfortable. Well stocked for breakfast. Wonderful cozy rooms and the beds and sheets so comfortable! Beautiful view of Mt Drum when the weather is nice. Quinn and Jeff are the real deal and just great people. Truly Alaskan people; easy to talk with, really enjoyed my time sitting down and chatting getting to know them. Looking forward to staying with them again in future trips.

Great place to stay!

Quinn and Jeff made us feel welcome and the place was spotless. Beds are nice and comfy, fridge stocked with breakfast goodies. We only stayed one night but left feeling like we'd stayed to visit friends rather than just renting a room to sleep.
