I enjoyed Alexandra Resort with my wife....We had the Best Food experience Thanks to Chef Juan !!! Great Chef from the Dominican Republic.... They also have great entertainment in the hotel facility...You don't have to leave the resort to have a good time... I totally Recommend this resort .

I understand that Turks & Caicos has yet to learn how to really do an all-inclusive resort.

Do NOT expect an early check-in. Despite having more than half their rooms available, they will NOT allow you to check-in early. If you ask, Erica at the front desk, who was initially so welcoming, will give you hell. The bracelets - they tie it but the tied clothe part doesn't stay on and it can get tightened further where the plastic bead is esp if you're a child playing with it. Ask for replacement and Erica will scold you and berate you!

Half the things in our room wasn't working from the master br a/c to light fixtures and fans. They give you a "premium" celebrity coffee but can't use it without a filter. They don't sell that in the gift shop so you must leave the resort if you really want to make that coffee in your room.

On the beach one night, my kids were playing in the sand. A staff member came out with a shovel and started creating a romantic area for a dining couple. Another staffer, possibly a manager, came out and yelled at me to control my kids!

Order steak rare at Fish Deck and you will get it medium. Pool bartender disappears for significant lengths without explanation. He gets really annoyed if you ask for a drink. My husband kept getting offered weed so I don't know if the staff are just being bothered to work. Mind you, not everyone there is like this.

Water by Blue Haven calmer - still recommend Alexandra if intent on going. Can't pay me to go back to Alexandra!
