Families will love the large guestrooms at this hotel. Guests can enjoy their free breakfast before heading to Lake Lurleen State Park to swim at the lake beach or hike and mountain bike on the trails. History-loving family can learn about local Native American history at the Moundville Archaeological Site and Museum. Young children will enjoy the Children’s Hands-On Museum while older kids may want to take the Haunted Tuscaloosa Tour at night. A trip to the Black Warrior River to rent a canoe, kayak, or tube makes a great day for all ages. Guestrooms include two queen beds and a sofa bed and will accommodate up to six guests.

Senior couple on way to Pigeon Forge, Tn

Got there late, left early next morning. Good beds. Convenient location. Would stay there again. Breakfast. No complaints of any kind. Never stayed here before. Previous reviews given on hotel prompted our first stay.

A Wonderful Find in College Town

A 4-Star Hotel at a 2-Star Price (if you grab it while you can). You'll find a friendly staff and king-sized, comfy beds with 5 pillows in a room large enough to enjoy the soda & TV without tripping over your travel companion. Rooms are clean and quiet with very little construction crew or long-term resident traffic in the parking lot. The free breakfast is typical for this class of hotel (waffles, pastries, juice, coffee, yogurt). Would certainly stay again.
