Great place! Staff is always friendly, very welcoming to the area with local info if you need it. I've been coming to this area twice a year for 15 plus years and have always been satisfied with my stays at any of the Smucker's property!!

Should have had more help to clean our room.we had to make our beds ourselves very disappointed in motel we have stayed in Bird-in-Hand motel for over twenty five years,never had a problem everything was always very good and friendly
