Located in the heart of Montauk town is this two-story, family-run motel property. Just across the street from the ocean, the inn offers a small swimming pool, picnic areas and easy access to area restaurants, all within walking distance. Fully renovated, 22 guest rooms are available with a queen or king bed. Unfortunately, all rooms can only accommodate two guests. The hotel states it has a policy for ages 25 and over, but does accommodate children if you contact the hotel directly, even offering specific hours for children to enjoy the pool (between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and 4 to 6 p.m.). The inn provides complimentary beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas and bicycles for guests to enjoy. The inn is open seasonally, from early May through October.

Convenient Montauk Stay - Would Give 3.5 Stars

We had a one night stay in the fall for a quick getaway. Extremely convenient for walking to many destinations in the area including plenty of shops, restaurants, brewery and the beach. Room was smaller than other stays we’ve had in Montauk but was perfectly fine for our one night stay and was also clean. The immediate surrounding views are so so with different buildings (some are not well kept) but that didn’t bother us too much. Friendly, helpful service at the front desk.

Would consider staying again in the spring/fall, but would prefer a hotel right on the beach for a summer stay

Aqualina has a great location. It is easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars...
Rooms were modern and clean. Pool area was great. This is a great location for couples after the summer season.
