Best view of the Historic Columbia River

No question this is the Astoria motel with the absolute best panoramic view. The staff was warm and receptive on our arrival, room was clean, and breakfast was above par for motel affair. My reason for not giving a full five bullet review is the way my back felt the next morning. Our room was 102, and the bed is so soft I felt as though I'd slept in a tightly folded Taco. Please ask for a firm bed when reserving or possibly suffer the consequences.

Just what i wanted

I love to find this kind of place that just feels so comfortable the moment you come in. Clean, friendly, quiet, relaxing with an awesome view overlooking the Columbia river. Would be happy to stay there again!
