One of the world’s most unique beaches in that the sand is black from volcanic lava, some list Iceland’s Black Sand Beach as one of the world’s best beaches. The waves and currents are strong here, and this beach isn’t meant for swimming, but its unique topography and sand make it a worthy stop when traveling around the island.
