It’s a short, easy walk to the base of Bridalveil Fall, the first waterfall visitors encounter when they enter Yosemite National Park. The waterfall is 620 feet high. Tip: Lay on the ground (if you’re able) to get a great picture of the kids standing beneath the fall.

While you’ll likely see people climbing the rocks around the falls, it’s prohibited and dangerous.
