This 40-mile, paved trail runs from Idaho to Spokane, along the Spokane River. The views of the Spokane River and tree-lined skyline cannot be beat as you walk, jog, bike or push your stroller along. The trail runs through much of downtown Spokane, as well as by the Spokane Falls and Riverfront Park.

No cars are allowed, but you can find plenty of families out there on a nice day.
