In the winter months, the holidays descend upon Downtown Disney with a special outdoor ice-skating rink. Olaf’s “Frozen” Ice Rink opened in 2014 around a large Christmas tree, operating daily from mid-November through mid-February. (Skates are available for rent; helmets are available free of charge.) Throughout the season, carolers stroll through the district and holiday entertainment is scheduled.
