The General Sherman Tree is the largest tree, by volume, in the world. It’s also one of the most popular sites within Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Arrive early to avoid crowds (during peak seasons) and get your photos for Instagram. Be sure to use panoramic functions on smartphones — it’s nearly impossible to capture the giant tree in one photo!
