Up the road from Sleepy Hollow is another popular fall/Halloween attraction for area visitors. The Great Jack-o-Lantern Blaze features more than 7,000 hand-carved pumpkins, illuminated nightly in and around the Van Cortlandt Manor. The event is the largest of its kind and sells out, especially on weekends, and advanced timed tickets are required. The Great Jack-o-Lantern Blaze operates throughout October through mid-November and kids will love finding all the hidden animals and treasures amongst the pumpkins.
