This 86-acre historic site was the home of Abraham Lincoln’s family, and he would visit often and even owned a portion of the farm. The two-room cabin on the site is a reconstruction of the original home. During the summer, kids 10 to 17 can join in the youth program that gives them a chance to live like the family did in the 1840s, doing daily chores, farming, and making crafts.
