Check out the world class Milwaukee County Zoo by foot, or hop on the Safari Train. This kid-friendly locomotive chugs along the 200-acre animal park. For older kids, there’s a zip line and ropes course. You likely won’t get to see all 2,500 animals at the zoo, but you can get face-to-face with the tallest ones at the Giraffe Experience, with its elevated deck.
