The slogan for Monkey Jungle says “Where humans are caged and monkeys run wild,” which paints an accurate picture of an experience at this Miami attraction. Visitors walk along trails that are completely fenced in, to be closer to the wildlife and their habitats. There are 30 species of primates, including spider monkeys and gorillas. The park is open daily, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. A snack bar is available with pizza, ice cream, drinks and hot dogs.
