One of North Goa’s most family-friendly beaches, Morjim Beach is a popular nesting site for the Olive Ridley sea turtle and the kids will enjoy seeing cordoned-off nests lining the sand.
They’ll also get a kick out of watching the “net-pullers” here — fishermen who haul in small fish, most of which are later turned into fertilizer. Kite surfers come to cruise the winds, but there’s not much else offered in the way of water sports here.
Admission is free.
There are many cafes and restaurants.
