within 2.5 kilometres of the market town of Chaudi, Canacona
Tall coconut palms line this popular beach that’s among the busiest in South Goa. The crescent-shaped stretch of sand here extends for about a mile, making it perfect for strolling and people watching (give way to passing cattle, of course).
Families head to the quieter north end of the beach, where the ocean also happens to be calmer.
