Sachs Covered Bridge is notoriously spooky at night (after all, it was crossed by Union and Confederate troops during the Battle of Gettysburg), but is an ideal spot for walks, photos and picnics during the day. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it attracts thousands of tourists during the summer months — arrive in the morning to beat the crowds.
