You can’t get more classic Santa Cruz than the beach boardwalk. There’s so much fun to be had here. The landmark wooden roller coaster, Giant Dipper, is a definite must-do, and the 1911 hand-carved carousel is a beauty. All in all, there’s a pretty good selection of attractions for families and kids of all ages, including toddlers. A handful of adrenaline-boosting rides will keep the older kids happy.
