It’s small, but a peaceful place to learn about the flora and fauna of this area, which includes sagebrush, wildflowers, cottonwood and more. There’s a small children’s garden where kids can wade in a stream, as well as take summer classes. You may introduce them to the Dalai Lama via the prayer wheel he blessed here. It’s open daily from dawn to dusk, and admission is by donation ($10 is a good rate for the family).
