Attraction

Space Needle

Seattle Center at 400 Broad Street, Seattle, 98109, WA

If you get a clear and sunny day in Seattle, a trip to the top of the Space Needle is a must — particularly if “the mountains are out,” as the locals like to say. You could easily see the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, Mount Rainier, Mount Baker, and Elliott Bay, as well as the city skyline. Just know that it’s often windy — really windy! — at the top.

As of 2018, the Space Needle features an outdoor observation deck with glass benches; an ADA lift; and a restaurant with the world’s first rotating-floor observation deck!

The Space Needle is located in Seattle Center, near the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPop).
