Families who love horseback riding or perhaps want to take a lesson can sign up for a variety of excursions at the stables. Trail rides range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes ($40 to $85), and 30-minute pony rides ($20) also are available. Private, semi-private and group lessons are available with rates between $35 and $50 each. Summer riding camp is offered for $450 per person. Rates and hours are subject to change without notice. To ride, children must be at least 7 years old and 48 inches tall; parents must accompany all children on pony rides. The weight limit for trail horses is 285 pounds and 80 pounds for ponies.

The Stables also has a petting zoo open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in November through March and open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in April through October. Rates are $5 per child, and children age 6 and younger must be accompanied by one free adult.
