Located on the west side of the park, the Wetherill Mesa parking lot is a 12-mile drive from the Far View junction. Park here and board the free tram that travels around a 6-mile loop, stopping at overlooks and trails. This is where you’ll disembark for Step House or Long House, if you are planning to visit them. Note: Long House and Wetherill Mesa are only open between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
