The appartment are wonderful and services (kitchen stuff, transport, laundry, motorbike rentals...) are more than correct. Very friendly staff, they took care of us constantly. Great breakfast and nice swimming pool.
Location is perfect to visit the south side of the island. We highly reccomend it.

Me and my wife have just returned from a fantastic stay at AW Residence. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t do enough to ensure that we had a brilliant stay.
We organised a transfer from the airport through the accommodation and were duly greeted at the airport by our driver Ari.
The apartments are in a great location. It took around 30 minutes to reach our accommodation. They are set just off one of the main roads in Seminyak. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and also a 24 hour minimart next door. The main tourist area in Seminyak with bars and restaurants is around a 15 minute walk away and the beach around 25 mins walk.
The apartment itself was set in lovely gardens with a very nice pool the focal point. The pool is a decent size and a welcome break from the heat!!
The apartment is on 2 floors which is a nice touch and the decor was simple and traditional. We ate out every night but there was a kitchen with a hob and cooking utensils provided as well as a fridge/freezer which the staff kept stocked for us daily (it was cheaper to use the drinks out of this than to buy them at the shop) .
The bed was extremely comfy and the shower was amazing, normally when you go abroad you find the shower temperature and pressure is poor but here it was great.
Our room was cleaned every day and the staff also arranged for our clothes to be cleaned with a local laundry company before we travelled home.
What made our trip amazing though were the staff. It is a family owned business and they made us feel part of their family and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time.
Ari who picked us up at the airport also runs his own tour company.
We went on 3 trips with him to various locations around the island and he was fantastic. It cost around £30 for the day and he took us where we wanted to go and also provided us with tips on where to go. He also arranged an overnight tour to Nusa Penida for us.
I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone heading to Bali and we will definitely be back next year.
