Units somewhat dated, but enjoyed the stay and location. Love Duck and this area. The grounds are well kept. No elevators . Fireplace was nice and spacious unit. Some units not close to beach so need to take short drive to beach.
The staff was friendly. Check in easy. It appeared that they couldn't keep office staff however. The resort is seriously outdated and has not been well maintained. The units we were in had furniture and beds that must have been from the 80's. The 2 bedroom unit had red carpet that was so stretched there were 3 ripples we kept tripping on. The bathroom had a shower curtain that had to be replaced because of mildew. The building hadn't been powerwashed in years. There were heavy cobwebs in all of the building walkways, and the doors to each unit were covered in flying bugs and spiders. YUCK!! If you want to stay in a place that is nice, clean and comfortable, this is not the place.
