My husband and I decided to stop in Springfield on our way to Wichita, we found Baymont Inn with my Wyndham Rewards app. Check in was quick and simple, we treated our selves to the King Jacuzzi suite. It was very roomy, cleaned over all good, Jacuzzi was cleaned very well by Erica and I am very very pleased. I've always had to clean the tubs in other hotels before we could get into them, but this one here was very clean!! Breakfast is probably the largest selection in any Hotel I have been to. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay another night. Indya the front desk manager is so sweet and patient. She was very knowledgeable with the rewards program questions I had. She was attentive with each person that came to the counter. Even observed her sweeping the carpets at the entrance doors. I was introduced to the owner of the Hotel, he was great as well. This is a nice hotel, the price is affordable, the location is ideal. Very safe, area. I would recommend this location to any and everyone looking for a nice place to stay with a restaurant quality breakfast, great workers and comfortable nights rest.
The staff was nice...check in/check out was easy...breakfast area was clean and food plentiful. I would stay here again without hesitation.
The only issue that I had was finding the road to get to it...at night, the sign was hard to see. FYI - It's the next drive after Cracker Barrel, on the left.
