We are arriving on nov 23rd for one week at Be Live Punta Cana. I emailed the resort two months ago when we originally booked to to request special accommodation. I received a quick reply and was advised to email again within a couple weeks of arrival. I’ve sent three emails in the last couple of weeks and haven’t not received a reply. I am hoping this is not the service I should be expecting for our stay. This is already leaving a sour taste and we haven’t arrived yet
