Nestled right on one of Cape Cod’s beautiful stretches of beach in Falmouth, Mass., Beach Breeze Inn is perfect for a family looking for a nice weekend getaway. The property is less than 100 steps to the beach, which overlooks Martha’s Vineyard — the view is serene.

The property’s 21 rooms are spacious and clean, and come in a variety of guest rooms, studios and two-bedroom efficiency apartments. Each contains a small fridge, private bath, cable TV and wireless Internet. Many rooms provide guests with ocean views, and some come with full kitchenettes, TV’s and DVD players. While the rooms are not air-conditioned, each has fans to help ventilate the beautiful ocean breeze.

There is no onsite dining, but don’t let that sway you. Upon check-in, guests are warmly greeted and given a list of all the area’s best restaurants and things to do — all of which are in close proximity to the inn. The property is centrally located to plenty of the town’s best restaurants, shops and attractions.

Beautiful Beach Breeze Inn

This Inn is a very excellent place to stay. It is quaint and has a homey atmosphere. The person on duty met us as we entered and was extremely nice and friendly. I can't remember her name. Landscaping is beautiful with gorgeous flowers and the decor inside fit the location. Very clean and well kept. I will not hesitate to return there.

It's so much more personal to stay at an inn. You feel like a real person and like you're being welcomed home. Which, you really are. My flight got in at 5:30 and it's a bit of a drive from Providence airport. The innkeeper called me to tell me where my key would be if I arrive after 7 pm, along with a nice note with all the information I'd need. When I arrived, Walt greeted me. He spent time understanding my intentions for the trip. He told me where I'd be able to find nice restaurants nearby. Explained where I'd need to go for my conference the next day and how much time to allow. Very helpful. But the best part was the room! So cozy and spacious. I loved the rain shower! And the bedding smelled freshly laundered and was so soft. It was my first time to Cape Cod and I loved the area and Beach Breeze Inn!
