If you're looking for a friendly, clean and comfortable place right on the beach then BSV is for you. Easy walking distance to Maho for plane watching and number of decent restaurants nearby. The villa is very big with well stocked kitchen, some welcome drinks and toes in the sand right outside your door. Appreciated a malfunctioning ceiling fan being fixed within 15 min of noticing it during the check-in tour. Will definitely visit again!

4th time here, 1st time back after Hurricane Irma. The property and villas are up and running. Everything looks very prestige and wonderful. Stayed in the 2 & 3 bedroom villas. Clean and new looking again, with awesome Free WiFi, and handy grill for bbq’n. The staff was waiting for us and very accommodating. We stayed for several nights, the last week of August, and had a brush one day - what was then Tropical Storm Dorian. Staff was always checking to make sure our needs were met. Amazing how the staff got all that seaweed off the beach so we could enjoy a new sunny day on the beach. Hats off to them. Thank you Tracy for your help on our reservations, and the BSV staff. Best place in St Maarten to relax. We will be back for sure! Love the new observations deck for us Aviation geeks.
