First off Hannah who worked in reception thank you for being so polite and helpful in my booking. Holy who worked in reception for answering my million questions and finding me a charger for my phone. Fraser the young barman sho served me drinks all night long! From check in to check out this stay was brilliant.

My room was 311 and they made it into a double for me its huge and it was immaculately clean! There were lots of stairs so not going to be suitable for those with mobility issues. Having said this the staff offered every single guest that checked in a hand with luggage.

Breakfast is lovely and buffet or continental and is served between 7am till 10am. If you've not booked breakfast in your booking you can pay in the morning. I would recommend signing up to become a member of the best western group as you'll get a discount on your booking. This hotel is about a 20 minute walk into morningside and bruntsfield. It took me 45 minutes to walk to Waverly train station.

I highly recommend this place to stay. Its a comfortable cosy place with such a nice relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also has parking available which is free!

My stay was greay from start to finish. My room and bathroom were warm and large and the bed was huge. I slept very well. Good buffet breakfast with wide choice of good quality food. I will definitely return to this hotel.
