I graded 'Average' because it doesn't have AC! It's my fault because I never looked specifically to see if it had AC or not, so....used to hotels having AC (including Panama's Best Western Hotel Zen), I do have to say that as soon as my husband called downstairs they send us a floor fan but that wasn't enough. I have NEVER experience insomnia before but I did for those 4/5 nights we were there. We had to move to another Best Western Hotel. They do NOT provide liquid bath soap nor wash cloth - just so you know in case you're use to it.

Great location.....safe and central. The staff are outstanding.....always willing to go above and beyond. The views of the city at night are beautiful. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast has many options.
