This hotel is located across the street from the University of Colorado, which makes it ideal for the big college events such as the dorm move-in, parents weekend, home football games and more. It caters to the parents and families of attendees of the university and alumni. There are the standard king and double queen rooms to choose from. Each guest receives a complimentary hot continental breakfast and in the room, free Wi-Fi and a 40-inch HD television with 60 HD channels. There is an outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. This BEST WESTERN also provides free bike rentals for guests.

Great hidden Gem

I have stayed at this hotel many times as it's the closest to the University. I made a mistake recently and booked another hotel and found out that free parking is actually unusual for Boulder. Everyone was happy which makes it a comfortable place.

Boulder/Denver visit

Very nice accommodations. The location is right next to the University, 20 minutes or so to Downtown Denver and about 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. Close to Red Rocks Amphitheater, also.

The rooms are nice and comfortable and well maintained.

They have a wonderful Breakfast each morning.

Nice view of Mountains too.
