The Best Western Plus Bowmanville is a great option for families seeking out large suites, family-friendly amenities and an excellent location. This hotel is located within walking distance of the Bowmanville Museum and the Garnett B. Richard Recreation Complex. The Newcastle Memorial Arena and the Jungle Cat World Zoo are just a short drive away. Queen Suites at the hotel are able to comfortably accommodate up to six people when the sofa bed is used. Two-Bedroom Suites, King Suites and Queen Rooms can all sleep up to four family members at a time. Amenities at the hotel include cribs, extra beds, an indoor swimming pool, complimentary Wi-Fi access and free breakfast.

Check in and out were seamless and done professionally. Elevator was nice to have and worked well. Room was neat and well appointed. Furniture was comfortable.

Internet was easy to connect to, steady and fairly fast.

Bathroom was clean and very functional. Lots of free parking available. Easy access to services and the nearby 401 highway.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had been stuck on the 401 for 2 hours due to an accident. We booked at 7pm and arrived at 10pm. I was glad to get the room for 100$ on the night of booking it. It included a hot breakfast which started at 7am and we came down at 7 got food and were out the door by 715! Overall a last minute place to crash as we couldn't make the drive in 1 day due to delays. Was impressed.
