Went for a procedure at UMC and it finished earlier than expected. I called to see if there was any way to check in early, the staff was friendly and accommodating and had me a room ready when I got there. I really enjoyed my stay, I'll definitely be coming back.
'Nathan' was anything besides hospitable upon checkin!!!!!
Called front desk for 600 a.m. wake up call THAT NEVER CAME!!!!!
Gravy at breakfast was COLD but breakfast lady was correcting this as we were leaving.
We were forced to take our overnight items around the handicap access as an EMPLOYEE had her van parked over the handicap sidewalk access. She moved it after I placed 'note of appreciation' on her windshield.
Believe they need to initiate a "customer service meeting" to all employees At Once!
Not sure we will stay here again, even if it is close to our physicians' offices. Requires improvement for sure!
