The BEST WESTERN Pony Soldier Inn is just 2 miles from the airport, with complimentary shuttle service from the hotel, and a quarter-mile from the light rail station for easy access to Portland’s thriving downtown.

I have stayed at the Pony Soldier several times. Clean and quiet. Pride of ownership. Never a disappointment. If breakfast is your thing; the selection here is very good. No need to look elsewhere for lodging.

Portland Airport Stay

Was easy to find the hotel, right off the freeway but not so close that it's noisy. Each staff member I encountered was very helpful and friendly. The check in process was quick, the room was decent, and the checkout was also very quick. There is a restaurant right across the parking lot. I had an early flight and their shuttle service was ready and waiting for me when I got there. I would definitely stay there again if the need arises.
