We especially enjoyed the attractive architecture and beautiful grounds. Every unit is unique. We also appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly. Lighting in the living room could have been brighter, and the TV didn't maintain consistent volume. Overall, though, an enjoyable stay!

We’re big fans of the Iguana. We’ve stayed at their nearby sister the Emerald twice, and this was our third stay at the Blue, but the least enjoyable. They once had a fantastic continental breakfast setup but that has been replaced by a less satisfying in room basket. The TV remote did not function properly and on one occasion after leaving our room at 9am it was still not made up upon our return at 2pm. The rooms are beautiful as is the property and we will most likely return on our next visit to Ojai but this was disappointing and uncharacteristic.
