We went there from another resort to see the blue lagoon beach and we were shocked how badly we were treated.
The service from the reception to the bar/restaurant was really bad.
They only cared about which place we came from, asking that thousand times, instead of doing their job and just serve a paying client.

Location is nice, you get a nice view on the blue lagoon beach.
Food at the restaurant was okay but nothing special honestly.
What was really disappointing was the service, especially at the restaurant.
They have a lot of staff working and no one of them was really welcoming. They are more occupied talking to each other than offer a nice service.
They were more concern of which place we were staying than the service they SHOULD give.
I think they should learn better how to treat clients. A smile would be nice, a friendly talk would be appreciated. But honestly it seems really common in “fancy” places in Fiji to be treat not really well.
