There aren’t too many bells and whistles at this affordable motel in the heart of North Conway; but the rooms are clean, with firm, comfortable mattresses, and full of thoughtful touches that make for a pleasant stay in the White Mountains. Rooms feature two queen beds with free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, air conditioning and a full bathroom with tub.

Some of the rooms also have larger bathrooms and private porches with a view of the mountains. In the backyard off the parking area is a small heated pool with a view of the mountains. The motel is located on the north side of town, across the street from the Kahuna Laguna water park, and an easy drive to the Conway Scenic Railroad, Storyland amusement park, and other area attractions.

A very clean and pleasant place to stay

My wife and I recently stayed for two nights at the Briarcliff while on a shopping trip to North Conway. We found the motel to be clean with what appeared to be recent upgrades. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpfull.

When we checked out I accidentally left my new rain jacket in the room. The staff were very quick to contact me but unfortunately we were on out way back to Nova Scotia and too far away to return to pick it up. The lady at the front desk (Ila) said she would mail it to me and sure enough I received it about 10 days later. I thought this was an action above and beyond duty and an example of the type of people who are running this motel.

I will definitely stay here the next time we are in North Conway and would recommend this motel as a friendly, clean and honest place to stay in the heart of North Conway.

Pleasantly surprised,room was clean and roomy. check in was very easy friendly staff ! New beds! would stay here again. They have a large pool but being fall we couldn't enjoy that this trip maybe next time.
