The Calabash has become a home away from home. The entire staff is top notch. They anticipate every need and service is always with a smile. We already have our next trip to Grenada planned, and of course we are staying at the Calabash!

Where else do you have a manager and six staff members meet & greet you upon arrival?

During our 7 day visit, we were in a Junior Suite with a great view of the water ... spacious and calming with every amenity ... The Calabash has a high-end, classy feel to it … very comfortable and maintained to the highest standards ... Staff are first class, all those we met had a great attitude.

We had the all-inclusive package. One could make the argument that “all-inclusive” isn’t necessarily the best value. But never having to pull out the wallet nor having to sign something is what a vacation should be. The same approach we take when choosing a cruise-line (Regent, Seabourn).

Prior to our stay at the Calabash, my wife and I have traveled to every island in the Caribbean, from Tobago to the Bahamas, and everything in-between, with the exception of Cuba and Grenada. Every Caribbean island has something beautiful and unique … but Grenada and its people were very special.

Take advantage of their arrival & departure services. Greeted with a rum punch, you by-pass the masses & lines by having a designated customs/immigration officer. You email pics of your baggage to the Calabash and your luggage and driver will be waiting upon clearing customs.

Special kudos to Racquel, the hotel reservation specialist … extremely helpful in arranging our trip and always promptly answering all our email questions.
