Overpriced parking lot, half dirt/paved, uneven spots, noisy from inconsiderate campers blasting music, and old smelly RVs, party central, there are better cleaner parks, do not waste your time or money.

I can not say enough about this amazing camping gem. I have a 4 year old and 11 year old. While there my 11 year old always makes friends and does all the things a kid should do at his age away from electronics. I never hear him say he'd rather be gaming or on his phone. There is something for everyone here, bay/beach with water toy/bike rentals, calendar full of family fun activities, arcade, gym, pool, park, stage with nightly entertainment, cantina/bar, ice cream parlor and the list goes on. It's always clean and the staff is always very friendly. I have so many fond memories going here as a child and thankfully its still here for me to pass these memories on to my children.
