Great Stay & Good Experience

We came in on Oct. 31 and ended up staying longer due to issues with our flights! We are so glad we were able to stay longer and that the hotel could accommodate us. The staff was wonderful... ALLL THE STAFF. Shout out to Carlos, Antonio, Jorge & the main manager of the outdoor resturant. They all went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome. Darell, was our house keeper for the trip, did a fantastic job. Our room was always clean and well stocked. During our stay, they had two difference events that included: Day of the Dead dancing and a Dance show. Both were awesome! The beach was chill and had access to the docks where we could do various activities! The staff was so helpful when planning events as well. The sushi was delicious. The sushi guy does a great job! We love sushi- pic included. Overall- great stay and would stay again!

Best Massage!

We were staying at Temptatiin resort earlier in the month. We wanted a massage and hear that Nancy Lopez and Merriam at Cancun Bay were very good. We took a very short walk down the beach to the thatched hut at Cancun Bay to see them and we were so glad we did! We had the best massage ever!!! We highly recommend them and will definitely go back!!
