The Candlewood Suites Harrisburg offers affordable, family-friendly accommodations along the Susquehanna River in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, a short drive from Hershey. Families enjoy perks such as complimentary breakfast, an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor picnic area with grills, coin-operated laundry facility, fitness center and onsite market (Candlewood Cupboard), where they can purchase snacks and drinks. Bonus: Everything in the store is less than $5, so the kids can’t do too much damage!

Guestrooms are equipped with one king or two queen beds, as well as kitchenettes for preparing small meals and snacks. Kitchenettes include full-size fridges, microwaves and coffeemakers, as well as pantries for storing essentials. Free Wi-Fi is standard in all rooms.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out is 11 a.m. Parking is free.

Great stay

Had a great stay, manager was great and room was clean. I will defiantly stay at Candlewood again in the future. It is always nice when a hotel exceeds your anticipated expectation. Thank you to the cleaning staff.

Great Staff/Great Stay

I stayed for business and had quite a few packages delivered for a convention I was working. The staff was incredibly accommodating even when I thought one was lost and was tracking it via Fedex. The GM and front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we found it and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The free coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver on early mornings and the back grilling area provided us a good meal. The rooms were clean. Definitely recommended.
