All other rooms have kitchenettes with microwaves, mini-fridges and coffeemakers. Free Wi-Fi is standard throughout the hotel.

We arrived late to check in for a short overnight stay and the person at the front desk had to open the door to let us in. We were assigned a ground floor king room which was clean and spacious. The room is set up for extended stays with a small kitchen and basic supplies for cooking. The king bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft and squishy. I loved the toiletries that were provided with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash being mounted to the wall of the shower.
The hotel itself isn't built well to protect from noise...a garbage truck arrived early in the morning right outside the room and woke us up. Being on the ground floor...the room above us was occupied and we could hear every step, toilet flush and shower that took place. No breakfast was provided.
For the price you pay to stay here, you should happily receive daily house keeping. You shouldn't have to ask for clean towels. Although the beds are soft and the rooms are clean, for a few dollars more, you can stay at other competitive places in this market and have daily cleaning, a pool, breakfast, and often a nightly happy hour/social. IHG greatly missed the mark on this brand. This IHG hotel, does offer daily housekeeping, free breakfast or a pool. Although it offers what a Woodspring Suites does, it charges more than twice the daily rate.
