Absolutely adorable hotel. We loved being right on the water. The hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk on the beach, and then walk a few blocks for dinner. Very clean room and super friendly staff.

I have been looking at this place for several years but have a dog and wasn't sure what the view would be like on the first floor where dogs are allowed, especially because the first floor balconies have a sea wall. Was in Boston for the weekend so decided to take a chance and being off season dogs are also allowed on the beach. I first talked to Julie on the phone who was so nice then to the owner Joe who explained how I would be able to see the ocean even from inside the room. He was absolutely right and I'm so glad we went. The hotel is in a residential area and only a 5 to 7 walk to town which w all the shops and galleries was amazing in itself. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean and have a larger than normal room refrigerator and microwave. The balconies are very private as you will see by my pictures and you will see the great view as well. This is the first hotel I have been to that gives you 4 chairs for the nice large balcony...most give 2! The owners and staff were very welcoming to us and our dog and offered to do anything to make our stay better. Julie gave restaurant recommendations as well. This place must do incredible business but is still reasonable. Nice breakfast place Nate's across the street too.
